John Marzolla is a Partner at Lois LLC where he defends employers in workers’ compensation matters. A former prosecutor, John has extensive cross-examination experience. He draws on that experience to successfully challenge the compensability of claims and need for medical treatment.
Having been responsible for plea bargaining on behalf of the State of New Jersey in several jurisdictions, John also specializes in negotiating settlements on behalf of his clients. In addition, John has secured several favorable Board Panel decisions reversing trial level Orders of the New York Worker’s Compensation Court.
John’s brief in the matter of Villanova v. Innovative Investigations became a published decision and set precedent for privacy laws in New Jersey in the context of private investigations.
